RFA Software Downgrade.

New for all HW04-B or HW04-C  users is to be able to downgrade the Firmwares in the New or Used RFA to able to adapt it without using HW03-A Clip adapter and MCU Programming Tools as was previously the only way to downgrade firmwares.
