You earn points only when you buy an SW34, SW36, SW39 or SW40 token (paid with money). No other purchase earns points.
Spend your points to order items, to buy or part-subsidise a tool, to upgrade your package (PAYG → A → B → C → C+), on Lifetime Licence renewals, the HW01 key tool, Change ID keys, and all CCF coding activations. Activations ordered with points do not earn points.
Only the tools you sold. A tool is upgraded, renewed and its tokens sold only by whoever sold it – the reseller who sold it, or Lock50 if we sold it. A user who bought from you must come to you for upgrades.
You still get paid. Every tool serial is linked to the reseller who sold it. If your user orders an upgrade, token or lifetime licence on our website, we notify you and the points for that sale are credited to your reseller account – exactly as if you had done the deal yourself.
All your points sit in your reseller account on lock50.co.uk. Reseller points are used to order more HW04 stock (and any other points-eligible item) at your reseller discount – so every client upgrade grows your stock. The only time money changes hands directly is when you make your own deal and take the payment yourself to upgrade a user’s serial number to a higher-tier package; then the margin is yours and you simply order the upgrade licence for that serial.
Sell the HW04 Pay As You Use kit as the entry point. Every key job the user does buys an SW34 / SW36 token, every token and upgrade earns them points, and they climb PAYG → A → B → C → C+ by upgrading the same serial. Each step is a sale credited to you.
No. You can hand the management of all your clients to us: they order direct on lock50.co.uk, we handle payment, activation and shipping, and you are still credited the same points on every tool and every upgrade they buy. Use the points to order more HW04 stock, sell it, repeat. If you prefer, you can run your own website and manage your users’ points yourself – contact us to confirm whether your reseller portal auto-saves points.
Each reseller is responsible for the points of the users they sold tools to – manually, or through your own website. We keep a backup of every invoice filed per tool serial; you can log in and see every invoice and order confirmation per serial (order number, amount, date) and we can restore points or invoice history by serial at any time.
