Spare and lost keys
Adding a spare to a Discovery 5 takes minutes. For all keys lost the tool reads the immobiliser and cuts a new key into the system.
Later locked builds
From around 2020 the L462 RFA is locked. The HW04-C handles the unlock and programming without removing the module.
