If you are experiencing technical issues, it is most likely that your laptop is not supported or you have poor internet connection- 95% of issues are either computer or internet related. For this reason, we highly recommend Panasonic Toughbooks.
You're given a few download options from Microsoft for this update, based on the version of Windows you have installed—x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit).
