When the RFA is Locked and the clients keys are not fully working.
The keys work Emergency Start or you can press the button to open and close the car only.
When you Have UWB errors and the system is damaged and not working keyless anymore the clients keys.
Also when the TCU cables are damaged or all are not plugged in or the TCU backup battry has become Low then its required this function.
Then you can still make the keys work agian by turning of the UWB function by patching it in the TCU telematics Units.
This Way SOS messages will not apear any more on the IPC and the keys can work without having to emergecy start and can use the keys normally again without repairing the UWB System in the Vehicles.
