JLR Anti-Theft Hardware Modules: BCM, RFA, TCU & KVM

To know which token or method you need, you must understand the 4 key vehicle modules that control immobilisation and keys:

KVM Keyless Vehicle Module
KVM (Keyless Vehicle Module)
2010–2021 / 2024 Vehicles • DPLA, FK72, HPLA

Earlier generation keyless immobiliser module with external connectors. 2010–2014 modules are usually unlocked (add keys over OBD for free). 2015–2021+ FK72/HPLA modules are locked by dealer security updates.

Required Token: SW34 Token (when KVM is locked)
Required Keys: HW05-A / HW05-B / HW06-A / HW06-B Change-ID
View SW34 KVM Tokens (New Window) →
RFA Remote Function Actuator Module
RFA (Remote Function Actuator)
2017–2026+ PEPS & UWB • JPLA, K8D2, J9C3, M9R3

Modern PEPS & Ultra-Wideband (UWB) module. When locked, standard OBD key adding is blocked. On UWB vehicles, key copying MUST be executed via HW03-C direct connection cable (SW36) — OBD copying cannot enable UWB keyless door functions when locked. (2017–2020 non-UWB cars can copy via OBD using SW35 on HW04-A, A+, B, C, and C+).

Required Token: SW36 Token (when RFA is locked)
Required Keys: HW13 / HW14 NCF29A1/NCF29A4V Change-ID
View SW36 RFA Tokens (New Window) →
BCM Body Control Module
BCM (Body Control Module)
2017–2026+ • Body Control Module • Central Security Gateway

The central security gateway holding the vehicle Master Immobiliser Security Key and factory 2-Key Limit. When locked by dealer updates, other tools require replacing both BCM & RFA. Lock50 never requires BCM replacement.

Lock50 Advantage: No BCM swap needed. Works with locked BCMs (L8B2, M8E2, R8E2) directly over OBD/CAN.
Protected • No Replacement Required
TCU Telematics Control Unit
TCU (Telematics Control Unit)
2017–2026+ • Telematics Control Unit • InControl Cellular Gateway

The InControl cellular tracking unit. When the active alarm is triggered, TCU reports theft over 4G. Lock50 handles alarm deactivation and service mode so you can program keys without triggering dealer tracking alarms.

Lock50 Advantage: Active Alarm OFF via OBD & HW03-C adapter. Full InControl service mode synchronization.
Safe Alarm Bypass • No Lockout

Token Families (SW34 & SW36) & Change-ID Transponder Keys

When a module is locked, OBD key copying requires a Lock50 Change-ID key and the matching software token. Here is what you need:

SW34 Token HW05-A Key

SW34 Token Duplicator

For KVM Systems (2010–2021/2024)

Used when the vehicle KVM module is locked. Duplicates working key or dump data directly into a Lock50 Change-ID transponder.

  • Supported Keys: HW05-A / HW05-B (433MHz) & HW06-A / HW06-B (315MHz) & HW07 / HW08.
  • Transponder: PCF7953 & NCF29A4V emulation.
  • Pricing: PAYG: £200 (1 Key) / £300 (2 Keys) • A: £150 / £250 • B: £100 / £200 • C/C+: Included (£0).
Browse SW34 Tokens (New Window) →
SW36 Token HW13 Key

SW36 Token Duplicator

For RFA Systems (2017–2026+ PEPS/UWB)

Used when the vehicle RFA is locked on modern UWB & PEPS systems. Duplicates key data directly via HW03-C direct connection cable into a Lock50 Change-ID key (HW13 / HW14). Direct HW03-C connection is mandatory for UWB vehicles to enable exterior door handle keyless entry.

  • Supported Keys: HW13 (433MHz) & HW14 (315MHz) Change-ID fobs & OEM keys.
  • Transponder: NCF29A1 & NCF29A4V with full PEPS / UWB support.
  • Pricing: PAYG: £600 (1 Key) / £700 (2 Keys) • A: £500 / £600 • B: £400 / £500 • C/C+: Included (£0).

The 5 Golden Rules — Key Adding vs. Key Copying Protocol

Lock50 gives you multiple flexible routes for every vehicle situation. Follow these rules to maximize speed and eliminate unnecessary costs:

• Rule 1 — Unlocked KVM or RFA (Standard OBD Adding): When a module is unlocked, it is always cheaper and standard to simply add any fixed-ID key (OEM or aftermarket transponder) directly over OBD with SW29. 100% FREE across all packages (PAYG, A, B, C, C+) — no tokens needed.
• Rule 2 — Locked KVM or RFA Key Copying: When dealer updates have locked the module, standard OBD key-adding is blocked. 1. Locked KVM (2010–2021): Duplicate over OBD or direct cable using SW34 into a Lock50 Change-ID key (HW05 / HW06).
2. Locked 2017–2020 RFA (Non-UWB): Can copy over OBD using SW35 — available on HW04-A, A+, B, C, and C+ packages (on PAYG requires token or upgrade).
3. Locked 2020–2026+ RFA (UWB & EVA2): When keys/doors have UWB, copying over OBD cannot make keyless work at the moment. Keys MUST be copied via direct connection using the HW03-C adapter (SW36) into a Lock50 Change-ID key (HW13 / HW14) to guarantee full keyless door function. (PAYG, A, B require an SW36 token; HW04-C and C+ are token-free / £0).
• Rule 3 — Corner Case: Unlocked Car Refuses OBD Adding (Full Slots): If an unlocked module refuses more keys over OBD, read the dump file: 1. Add key to dump file: 100% FREE with any fixed-ID key.
2. Copy existing slot from dump: 100% FREE (NO TOKEN NEEDED) when copied into a Lock50 Change-ID key.
• Rule 4 — Damaged / Broken Key (Key-to-Key Copy): When reading a damaged original key in the HW04/HW01 tool, if the key transponder is unlocked, the tool displays "Copy". Key-to-key duplication is 100% FREE (NO TOKEN NEEDED) into a Lock50 Change-ID key.
• Rule 5 — Package Tier Unlimited Privilege: Versions C and C+ have unlimited key programming and duplication built-in with zero per-job token fees (£0). Version B also includes free New RFA adaptation (SW27/SW28) to swap in a replacement RFA without BCM replacement!

Lock50 Bench & Dump Memory Programming Suite (SW01 – SW15)

Direct MCU & EEPROM dump file key adding, transponder copying/emulation, key renewing, and bench recovery.

100% Free • No Tokens Needed (£0)
The Authoritative Lock50 Dump Programming Rules:
• Key Emulation IS Key Copying: When emulating or copying an existing key position from a memory dump, the destination key MUST be a Lock50 Change-ID key (HW13/HW14 for 2017+ RFA; HW05–HW10 for KVM). A fixed-ID key cannot emulate an existing key transponder ID.
• Adding New Keys to Dump: When adding a new key position directly into a dump file, locksmiths always use cheaper Fixed-ID keys (for 2017+, Lock50 HW17 / HW18 or OEM real keys HW15 to HW28). Never waste expensive Change-ID keys for dump adding.
• Token Cost: Both operations (dump adding and dump copying/emulating) are 100% FREE (£0) on all Lock50 packages — NO tokens needed!

JLR Alarm Disarm & Emergency Entry Protocol (SW31 – SW33 & EVA2)

How Lock50 tools safely disarm active vehicle alarms and solve armed lockouts across all vehicle generations.

Instant OBD & CAN Disarm
SW31 — Alarm OFF via OBD 2010–2015 KVM
For 2010–2015 KVM vehicles (Range Rover L322/L405, Sport L320/L494, Discovery 4, Freelander 2, Evoque, Jaguar XF/XJ/XK). Disarms the factory alarm directly through the standard 16-pin OBD diagnostic port without opening panels or connecting auxiliary wires.
Connection: Standard 16-Pin OBD • Hardware: All HW04 Packages (A, B, C, C+) • Status: 100% Non-Invasive
SW32 — Alarm OFF OBD & CAN2 Wires 2010–2020+
For intermediate vehicles where the central gateway shuts down standard OBD communication when the alarm is actively triggered. Uses the HW03-B adapter to tap the body CAN lines directly, immediately silencing the siren and unlocking diagnostic access even if RFA is damaged or missing.
Connection: OBD + CAN2 Wires • Hardware: HW04 Packages with HW03-B Adapter • Status: Gateway Bypass
SW33 — Alarm OFF via RFA (HW03-C) 2017–2020 EVA1 ONLY
For 2017–2020 EVA1 PEPS vehicles (Velar, Discovery 5, RR Sport, Jaguar F-Pace, E-Pace, XE, XF). No soldering and no hunting for CAN wires — simply connect straight to the RFA connector with the HW03-C adapter and run Alarm OFF in Special Functions to open doors and boot.
Connection: Direct RFA Connector • Hardware: HW03-C Adapter • Limitation: EVA1 Only (Not EVA2)
CRITICAL EVA2 ARCHITECTURE RULE (2020–2026+) Armed EVA2 Vehicles Cannot Be Disarmed via SW33 or HW03-C
On EVA2 architecture (Defender L663, new Range Rover L460, RR Sport L461, etc.), the central gateway and security firewall do NOT support physical or CAN wire alarm disarming without an authorized key. When an EVA2 vehicle is in an ARMED state:
The Official Lock50 EVA2 Armed Solution (UWB Vehicles):
1. Direct Connection via HW03-C Required (NOT OBD): When new keys and doors have UWB (Ultra-Wideband) and the module is locked, attempting to add or copy keys over OBD cannot make keyless work at the moment. You MUST connect directly to the RFA module using the Lock50 HW03-C adapter.
2. Execute SW36 Key Copy: Run the SW36 key duplicator function via HW03-C direct connection in ARMED mode directly into a Lock50 Change-ID key (HW13 / HW14).
3. Unlock & Disarm: Use the newly duplicated Lock50 Change-ID key physically or via wireless remote to unlock the vehicle — this immediately disarms the factory alarm.
4. 100% Working Keyless on Doors & Emergency Start: Duplicating via the SW36 direct HW03-C process copies the complete transponder configuration, restoring full remote, exterior door handle keyless entry, and emergency start.
OBD Key Copying Rule (Non-UWB Only): OBD key copying on locked modules is supported on older EVA (2017–2020) NON-UWB vehicles using SW35. SW35 is built into HW04-A, A+, B, C, and C+ packages (on PAYG requires token or upgrade). For any vehicle equipped with UWB, the SW36 process via HW03-C direct connection is mandatory to ensure keyless functionality.
Note: HW04-C and HW04-C+ package owners enjoy unlimited free SW36 key copying (£0) without tokens. PAYG and HW04-A/B packages require an SW36 token.

Technician Note: For unlocked vehicles and KVM systems, programming and alarm clearing are executed over standard OBD. When working on locked EVA2 and modern UWB vehicles, direct connection to the RFA with HW03-C is required to enable UWB keyless door functions.

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Reference: B1009-62 & Key Authorisation Codes

Authoritative technical analysis of diagnostic fault codes encountered during JLR key programming, immobiliser synchronisation, and module adaptation.

PRIORITY FAULT CODE

B1009-62: Ignition Authorization — Signal Compare Failure / Pairing Inconsistency

Root Cause & Condition:

Logged when the cryptographic challenge/response verification between the Body Control Module (BCM) and Remote Function Actuator (RFA) fails during ignition authorization. Specifically, the vehicle Master Immobiliser Security Key in the BCM does not match the stored security credentials in the RFA, or the RFA Target Security ID has lost synchronisation with the BCM.

Lock50 OBD Solution (No Module Replacement):

While main dealers condemn both modules and quote £2,500+ for replacement, Lock50 HW04 re-marries the existing BCM and RFA over OBD. Lock50 reads the BCM Master ISK, writes the matching Target Security ID into the RFA, clears B1009-62, and restores valid ignition start authorization immediately.

Common Triggers: Attempting key programming while the BCM is locked in 2-key quorum; interrupted flash sessions; dead 12V battery while ignition is ON; or installing an unadapted used RFA without ISK synchronisation.
DTC Code Fault Description Affected Subsystem Technical Meaning & Lock50 Handling
B1009-51 Ignition Authorization — Not Programmed RFA / KVM Target Security ID (SID) is absent or erased in the RFA. Lock50 automatically configures and writes the correct vehicle Target Security ID directly over OBD.
B10A9-00 Remote Keyless Entry — Less Than 2 Keys Programmed RFA Module Informative warning code indicating only 1 key is currently stored. Once Key 2 is registered or copied, this DTC clears automatically.
U3000-04 Control Module — System Internal Failure KVM / RFA / BCM Internal module memory checksum mismatch or corrupted data block. Lock50 SW40 and diagnostic utilities automatically repair module memory integrity and restore correct checksums.
B13C2-00 Passive Entry Antenna — Circuit Open / Short PEPS / LF Antenna Physical wiring fault or damaged door handle / bumper LF antenna. Does not block OBD transponder programming or emergency start.

Technical Field & Troubleshooting FAQ

Practical answers to real-world job scenarios, security behaviors, and operating requirements encountered by mobile auto locksmiths and workshops.

Q1: Why does a 2022+ Range Rover or Defender display "Smart Key Deactivated" on the instrument cluster?

On 2022+ EVA2 vehicles (Range Rover L460, Sport L461, Defender L663), JLR introduced an automatic anti-theft safeguard: if a key is left inside the vehicle and the vehicle is subsequently locked from the exterior (using a second key, exterior handle sensor, or the InControl smartphone app), the car automatically deactivates the key inside to prevent unauthorized drive-away if a window is broken.

Lock50 Solution: Lock50 HW04 provides an OBD routine that immediately re-enables deactivated keys in 30 seconds without requiring online dealer session tickets or module replacement.

Q2: Does Lock50 require an internet connection or a paid JLR TOPIx dealer subscription?

Lock50 requires a standard internet connection (via mobile hotspot or workshop Wi-Fi) to communicate with the secure Lock50 cloud authentication server for device verification, cryptographic algorithm calculation, and token accounting. Lock50 does NOT require any paid JLR TOPIx dealer subscription, online dealer portal account, or external manufacturer license. All calculation engines are self-contained within the Lock50 ecosystem.

Q3: Why is a 12.5V+ battery maintainer strictly mandatory during JLR key programming?

Modern JLR vehicles draw 25A to 50A of quiescent current the moment the ignition wakes up (dual touchscreens, radar sensors, Pivi Pro telematics, cooling fans). If battery voltage drops below 12.2V during an OBD programming session, the Central Gateway (GWM) or BCM can abort communication mid-routine, causing communication timeouts or security lockouts. Always connect a regulated 50A+ battery support unit before starting.

Q4: The newly added key starts the vehicle via emergency coil, but remote lock/unlock buttons do not work. How do I fix this?

Transponder engine authorization (LF 125 kHz) and remote keyless locking (RF 315/433/868 MHz) are two distinct cryptographic layers. If the remote buttons do not operate:

  1. Place the key on the Lock50 HW04 / TagPro reader to confirm valid RF signal transmission and battery voltage.
  2. Perform the Lock50 OBD BCM Rolling Code Sync routine. The BCM maintains the rolling counter for remote lock/unlock commands; running this routine synchronizes the key's internal counter with the vehicle's rolling window in under 30 seconds.

Q5: What is the "2-Key Quorum Trap" and how does Lock50 bypass it without replacing modules?

Under factory JLR firmware rules, once the standard key slots 1 and 2 in the BCM are populated, the vehicle enters a finalized 2-key state and permanently locks standard OBD pairing. Official dealer tools refuse to add a third key or adapt a replacement RFA without replacing both the BCM and RFA together at high cost. Lock50 solves this without module replacement: by duplicating an existing key position into a Lock50 Change-ID key (via SW34 for KVM or SW36 direct HW03-C for UWB RFA), or by using Lock50 advanced diagnostic functions to adapt replacement modules and add keys without replacing the BCM.

Think of your Lock50 points as a bank account for your business. Every £1 you spend on a token is paid back to you as 1 point, and points pay for Change ID keys, tool upgrades, CCF coding activations and Lifetime Licences. The more you save up, the more you get back – and the bigger the key order you pay for with points, the cheaper each key becomes. Below we walk you through exactly how you earn, how you spend, and the maths behind it.

  1. Earn – buy SW34 / SW36 tokens (or SW39 / SW40 on the C package) for your jobs; points equal to what you paid land in your account automatically.
  2. Save – let the points build up like savings in a bank. They never expire.
  3. Spend – use them at the checkout on Change ID keys, tool upgrades, CCF coding activations (B/C/C+ users code it themselves; PAYG/A/A+ users order it and we do it by remote support) or a Lifetime Licence.
  4. Grow – keys you restock with points cost you nothing out of pocket, so each job earns you more and your tool upgrades faster.
  5. Lifetime bonus – buy a Lifetime Licence and, within 12 months, the full amount you paid is credited toward any upgrade to a higher tier.

Part 2 – Saving points like a bank

Every job you do with a token puts money back in your points account. Do the work, keep the points, and the account keeps growing (1 key licences shown):

Token you buy After 1 job (points) After 5 jobs After 10 jobs
SW34 HW04 PAYG (£200) 200 1,000 2,000
SW34 HW04-A (£150) 150 750 1,500
SW34 HW04-B (£100) 100 500 1,000
SW36 HW04 PAYG (£600) 600 3,000 6,000
SW36 HW04-A (£500) 500 2,500 5,000
SW36 HW04-B (£400) 400 2,000 4,000

Points never expire, so there is no rush – save until the balance covers a bigger, cheaper bulk key order, an upgrade, or a whole Lifetime Licence.

Part 3 – Spend points on Change ID keys (bulk prices)

Change ID keys can be paid for with points. And keys get cheaper the more you order at once – these are the live quantity prices on the store, so the same points buy you more keys when you order in bulk.

Part 4 – The maths: why bigger orders save you more

Order keys in one batch, not one at a time

Here is what happens when you save your points and order keys in one bigger batch instead of one at a time. Prices are the live store prices above; shipping is one charge per order.

Key Order size Bought one at a time Bought in one order You save Shipping charges
HW05-A 3 keys £450 £375 £75 3 → 1
HW05-A 5 keys £750 £575 £175 5 → 1
HW05-A 10 keys £1,500 £1,000 £500 10 → 1

HW06-B 5 keys £600 £400 £200 5 → 1
HW06-B 10 keys £1,200 £700 £500 10 → 1
HW07 3 keys £450 £375 £75 3 → 1
HW07 5 keys £750 £575 £175 5 → 1
HW07 10 keys £1,500 £1,000 £500 10 → 1
HW08 3 keys £450 £375 £75 3 → 1
HW08 5 keys £750 £575 £175 5 → 1
HW08 10 keys £1,500 £1,000 £500 10 → 1
HW13 5 keys £1,250 £1,125 £125 5 → 1
HW13 10 keys £2,500 £1,999.90 £500.10 10 → 1
HW14 5 keys £1,250 £1,125 £125 5 → 1
HW14 10 keys £2,500 £1,999.90 £500.10 10 → 1

Worked example 1 – PAYG user, SW34 tokens, HW06-B keys

  • You do 5 jobs with the SW34 PAYG token at £200 each = £1,000 spent, 1,000 points in your account.
  • Buying HW06-B keys one at a time (£120 each) those 1,000 points would cover about 8 keys, with 8 separate shipping charges.
  • Order 10 keys in one go at £70 each = £700 – paid entirely with points, 300 points still left, and only one shipping charge.
  • Result: 10 keys in stock for your next 10 jobs, £0 out of pocket for the keys, and you saved £500 against single-key prices.

Worked example 2 – HW04-B user, SW36 tokens, HW13 keys

  • 3 jobs with the SW36 HW04-B token at £400 each = 1,200 points.
  • 5 HW13 keys one at a time = £1,250. In one order of 5 at £225 = £1,125 – £125 saved, 4 shipping charges avoided, 75 points left over.
  • Save to 5 jobs = 2,000 points and take 10 keys at £199.99 = £1,999.90 – £500.10 saved against single prices, paid fully with points.

Worked example 3 – HW04-A user, SW34 2 key licences, HW05-A keys

  • 4 two-key jobs (two keys programmed at the same time on each car) with the SW34 HW04-A 2 key licence at £250 = £1,000 spent, 1,000 points.
  • 10 HW05-A keys in one order at £100 = £1,000 – paid with points, against £1,500 one at a time: £500 saved plus 9 shipping charges avoided.
  • Result: £500 saved on keys, and 10 keys on the shelf for the next jobs.

The key that goes into your next job has already been paid for by your last jobs. That drops the cost of every job, lifts your profit on each one, and leaves you more cash to move your tool up a tier – where tokens are cheaper again – and to keep your key stock topped up.

Part 5 – Spend points on tool upgrades

Your points are applied automatically at the checkout on any HW04 tool upgrade – moving up from PAYG to A, A to B, B to C or C to C+ – and on the software activations. A higher tier means cheaper tokens per job, so upgrading with points pays you back twice.

Part 5b – Spend points on CCF coding activations (SW200 – SW340) – every tier can offer them

Every JLR CCF coding activation in our JLR Activations range – power upgrades, feature enables, retrofits, all the SW200 to SW340 items – can be paid for with points at the checkout. Points are applied automatically on the checkout page – you choose how many to use. This lets every Lock50 user, on every package, add CCF coding to the services they sell:

  • HW04-B, C and C+ users – you code the activation on the car yourself with your tool. Buy the activation with points, do the job, and sell it on to your customer.
  • HW04 PAYG, A and A+ users – you do not need the coding package. Order the same activation with your points and we carry it out for you by remote support; you still sell the job to your customer.
  • Same activation product, same price, same points either way – the only difference is who does the coding.

Part 6 – Spend points on a Lifetime Licence

As a bonus, points can pay for a Lifetime Licence – no more yearly renewals for that tier.

Lifetime Licence = 12 month credit toward any higher upgrade

A Lifetime Licence is never money lost. If you decide to move up, every pound you paid for it comes back as credit:

  • Buy a Lifetime Licence and then upgrade your tool to a higher tier within 12 months – A to B, B to C, or C to C+ – and the full amount you paid for that Lifetime Licence is credited toward the upgrade.
  • One-time credit, claimed by your tool serial number – contact us before you order the upgrade.
  • Upgrading to HW04-C+ keeps Lifetime (C+ includes lifetime updates). Upgrading to B or C moves you onto that tier’s 12-month renewal.
  • The 12 and 24 month renewals earn no credit and take no points.

Worked example – how the Lifetime credit brings the upgrade cost down

You hold Upgrade within 12 months Upgrade price Lifetime credit You pay
HW04-A Lifetime (£1,500) A → B £3,000 − £1,500 £1,500
HW04-B Lifetime (£2,250) B → C £6,000 − £2,250 £3,750
HW04-C Lifetime (£3,000) C → C+ £6,000 − £3,000 £3,000
  • Example: you paid £1,500 for HW04-A Lifetime with your points. Nine months later you want HW04-B. The A → B upgrade is £3,000 – your £1,500 comes off it, so you pay £1,500, not £3,000.
  • Example: HW04-C Lifetime at £3,000, then C → C+ within 12 months at £6,000. Credit £3,000 → you pay £3,000 and C+ keeps Lifetime updates.
  • Points can also be used toward the balance of the upgrade, on top of the Lifetime credit.

Who earns and manages points

  • Points are for end-user customers – the technicians who use the tools and order keys, upgrades, CCF activations, tokens and Lifetime Licences.
  • Customers who order direct on lock50.co.uk have their points saved automatically to their website account, and can spend them in the shopping cart on keys and any points-eligible item.
  • Every reseller is responsible for, and manages, the points of their own users for the tools they sold. They can manage this manually or through their own website – it is optional. Contact us to confirm whether your reseller portal can auto-save points and let your users order keys and supported items online.
  • All resellers also place their own orders on the website against each serial, so every purchase is recorded for them.
  • We always keep a backup of every invoice in our system, filed against each tool serial. If a reseller ever loses their data, they can log in to their website account and see all invoices and order-confirmation emails for every serial number – with order numbers, amounts paid and dates – and we can restore the full points and invoice history by serial.

Who can upgrade a tool and sell its tokens – a fair, level playing field

  • A tool is only upgraded, and its tokens only sold, by whoever sold that tool. If a reseller sold it, only that reseller upgrades it and sells its tokens; if we sold it, it is upgraded only through us on the website.
  • If a user bought their tool from a reseller on lock50.co.uk, all of that user’s upgrades must go through the reseller who sold it.
  • If that user comes to us directly for an upgrade, the reseller who sold the tool still receives the points in their website account – and can spend them on more stock or any other points-eligible item in the cart.
  • This keeps a fair, level playing field for every reseller. We appreciate all our resellers.

Option for resellers – hand the management to us and focus on sales

  • If a reseller wants, they can transfer the management of all their clients to us. Their clients then order direct on lock50.co.uk – keys, upgrades, tokens, CCF activations and renewals – and we handle the accounts, the points and the shipping.
  • The reseller is still credited their points for every upgrade sold on every tool they sold, and still receives their payment for all the tools they sold – paid in points to their website account.
  • They use those points to order more HW04 tool stock from us, sell it, and repeat the same process.
  • Ideal for resellers who do not have a website to manage all their clients’ accounts: no client admin, no shipping to handle, a simpler business – and more time to focus on sales.

How a user climbs the HW04 ladder – PAYG → A → B → C → C+

Every HW04 tool is the same hardware. The package is a software licence tied to the tool serial number, so a user never buys a second tool – they upgrade the serial to the next tier and keep everything they already have. Start with Pay As You Use, grow with every job.
