Dynamic-i & Configurable Dynamic Mode Screen enable for Jaguar & Land Rover — switch on the performance “Dynamic-i” telemetry screen (live G-force, throttle/brake, torque split, temperatures) and/or the Configurable Dynamic Mode screen that lets you tailor the Dynamic driving mode. Set via the CCF and coded to your VIN / As-Built over OBD, remote & mobile.
| Dropdown option | What it means |
|---|---|
| Dynamic-i Content with Configurable Dynamic Mode Screen | Full option — enables both the Dynamic-i telemetry pages and the screen that lets you customise Dynamic mode. Choose this for the complete package. |
| Dynamic-i Content without Configurable Dynamic Mode Screen | Enables the Dynamic-i telemetry pages only (G-force, inputs, temperatures) without the extra customise-Dynamic-mode screen. |
| Configurable Dynamic Mode Screen Without Dynamic-i Content | Enables only the screen that lets you tailor Dynamic mode, without the live telemetry pages. |
| Dynamic-i Not Fitted | Turns the feature off / leaves it disabled — the factory ‘none’ setting. |
| Not supported / Error | Factory place-holder values — not real choices, do not select. |
The dropdown above maps to these values in the Car Configuration File:
| CCF address | Parameter | Block | Byte | Bits | Values (from the CCF data set) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0x4C45 | Active Exhaust | 0x4C | 4 | 5–3 | 01 = not fitted, 02 = actuator only, 03 = actuator with cabin button. |
| 0x6337 | Exhaust Type | 0x63 | 3 | 7–5 | 01 = single, 02 = two-sided, 03 = centre exit, 04 = not fitted. |
| 0x0A57 | Octane Rating | 0x0A | 5 | 7–0 | 01 = 91 RON, 02 = 95 RON, 03 = not required. |
The V8 OCTA Performance Pack groups the V8 exhaust and fuel options — the active-exhaust mode, exhaust type and octane rating. Each needs the matching V8 exhaust valve and engine calibration fitted. Where the hardware is present but an option was never enabled we switch it on; software cannot add an exhaust valve that is not fitted — we check your As-Built first and set only the options your car carries.
Earliest model year the options existed on each line:
| Model | Platform | Model years | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Range Rover Sport SVR | L494 | 2015–2022 | Supercharged V8 active exhaust where the valve is fitted. |
| Land Rover Defender OCTA | L663 | 2024–2026 | Twin-turbo V8 OCTA exhaust and octane options. |
| Range Rover Sport SV | L461 | 2023–2026 | V8 performance exhaust options on the current platform. |
Earliest model year these options existed on each line; each needs the V8 exhaust valve and engine calibration fitted. We confirm by VIN.
Depending on model year and architecture, the V8 OCTA Performance Pack is enabled by one of two methods. We pick the correct one for your VIN — you do not need to know which in advance.
Either route is performed over the OBD diagnostic port, remote and mobile, with no bench work and no parts. The change is reversible the same way.
