What this version does
✓KVM / RFA key duplicator (SW34 / SW36) per-job token
On Pay As You Use the tool is locked: every job is unlocked with a paid licence (a “token”). Read/add/remove keys, precoding, diagnostics, alarm-off, CCF and all flashing become available once you upgrade — and each upgrade credits what you already paid.
On PAYG a key copy is the one job — and it uses a paid token.
- On Pay As You Use the only job you can order is a key copy, unlocked with a paid per-job token (SW36 Key duplicator RFA when locked 2017–2025 £600 — uses the HW03-C cable · SW34 HW05/HW06 PCF7953 key duplicator when KVM locked 2010–2022 £200 — uses the HW03-D cable).
- The free alternative — fit a new RFA module and adapt it instead of copying — needs HW04-B or above, where New RFA programming (SW27 / SW28) is included at no per-job cost.

One token = one complete job. A job token isn't just “a key” — in the same token we arm the alarm off the car and program a key that's ready to start it and run full functions. No parts swapped, no long-winded process. A typical job is around 5 minutes.
Which connection a job needs.
- KVM system (the generation before RFA, roughly 2010–2021): every job is done over OBD only — KVM does not use a locked RFA, so there is nothing else to connect to.
- RFA system: the key is still read and programmed over OBD.
- Where the RFA is locked and UWB is enabled: you also make a quick connection to the RFA to authorise the immobiliser first — still no soldering and no removing parts.
Keep it or sell it back. When you're done you can sell the kit back to us for £500, or keep it as a backup and just buy keys and tokens for your next jobs.

Pay As You Use runs two token modules only — SW34 (key copy) and SW36 (key programming). The tool stays LOCKED; when you order a token on the website we open SW34 or SW36 on demand for that one job, and it closes again once the job is done. Every other module comes free when you upgrade.
