What SW10 does

  • Copies an unlocked JLR key — PCF7953 or NCF29A1 — directly key-to-key onto a Lock50 change-ID key. No OBD, no bench dump.
  • The copied HW05 (433 MHz)–HW10 (315 MHz) key gives RF (remote), keyless and emergency start like the original.
  • Make a full backup of a working key in seconds — or make a working key from a client key that is failing.
  • Unlocked keys only. A locked key must be unlocked first — use SW11 to unlock / renew 2010–2020 keys, then copy.

How it works

  1. Put the client key on the HW01 / HW04 antenna and read it.
  2. Open SW10 and press Copy.
  3. Copy straight onto HW05 (433 MHz)–HW10 (315 MHz) (match the car frequency). No OBD, no dump write-back.
  4. Use the copy: remote, keyless and hold it under the steering column to emergency start.

When to use SW10

  • Runs on HW04 (any package A to C+) and on HW01. The key is read on the tool’s own antenna — bench job, no car, no OBD.
