What SW12 does

  • Copies an unlocked client JLR key — PCF7953 — directly key-to-key onto a Lock50 OEM change-ID key (HW05 (433 MHz) / HW06 (315 MHz) or OEM HW07 (433 MHz)–HW10 (315 MHz)).
  • Give a client with a damaged, non-working or low-quality key a proper OEM original key by copying the old key data onto a Lock50 change-ID key.
  • The copied key keeps remote, keyless and emergency start — and is OEM quality with a 2-year warranty.
  • No OBD programming. Also does a direct copy from a working key on the XEP100 KVM era.

How it works

  1. Put the client key on the HW01 / HW04 antenna and read it.
  2. Open SW12 and press Copy.
  3. Copy onto an OEM change-ID key HW07 (433 MHz)–HW10 (315 MHz) (or HW05 (433 MHz) / HW06 (315 MHz)) — match the car frequency.
  4. Use the copy: remote, keyless and emergency start — no OBD.
