What SW37 does

  • Adds DoIP programming and diagnostics to the HW04 tool for the newest JLR vehicles.
  • Some new models use DoIP-only modules that only communicate over DoIP — standard OBD lines will not reach them.

How to connect

  1. Plug the ENET cable into the vehicle Ethernet connection and into the OBD port.
  2. Plug the Lock50 HW04 USB into the laptop.
  3. See the HW03-E OBD / DoIP cable for the ENET connection.
DoIP is required on many 2022+ JLR modules. Without it the newest DoIP-only modules cannot be programmed or diagnosed.
