HW03-E  OBD to Ethernet DoIP Cable
EVA2 (DoIP) JLR — Land Rover & Jaguar — 2021 to 24+

The HW03-E is the OBD-to-Ethernet DoIP cable for modern EVA2 JLR vehicles from 2021 to 24+. EVA2 cars communicate over DoIP (Diagnostics over IP) instead of plain CAN, so any job that touches a DoIP module needs this cable. It works together with the Lock50 HW04 tool.

When do you need the HW03-E DoIP cable?

Job Cable needed
Add keys — RFA already unlocked (to 24+) HW03-D (CAN) is enough
Replace RFA with a new one & program it in (SW27 / SW28) HW03-D or HW03-E DoIP cable on HW04-B, C and C+ (BCM locked or unlocked). On HW04-A+ SW27 uses the HW03-D CAN cable only.
Any IPCB or TCU work HW03-E DoIP cable (always)
Replacing / programming a new RFA: use the HW03-E DoIP cable and keep the Lock50 HW04 plugged in at the same time to the USB, with the HW03B cable connected.

Good to know: You do not need IPCB or TCU to ADD keys. You do need IPCB to replace the RFA and erase keys when the BCM is locked.

The HW03-E carries the DoIP-based Lock50 functions for EVA2 cars:

For older non-EVA (CAN) vehicles use the HW03-D OBD Dual CAN Cable instead. Both cables run with the Lock50 HW04.
