Upgrades your existing Lock50 HW04-A OBD tool licence to HW04-C. The upgrade is activated on your existing tool serial – no hardware change required.
HW04-C activates: Everything in HW04-B plus Topix Cloud 2021-2024+ module programming, JLR DOIP programming & diagnostics via ENET (SW37), locked-RFA key duplicator, and EVA2 add keys when RFA & BCM locked.
